Your Role

As a Process Engineer at Rönnskär, you will play a central role in ensuring and further developing our production processes. You will work on planning and optimizing operations with a focus on plant utilization, quality, and safety. The role is broad and suits someone who wants to combine operational work close to production with long-term development work. Together with colleagues in production, maintenance, and other support functions, you will work on problem-solving and improvement initiatives that strengthen process stability and efficiency.

Your Team

You will become part of the Production Technology team, working alongside process engineers with broad competence and deep operational knowledge. The team consists of eleven people with diverse experiences and roles, focusing on complex problem-solving and production development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive process optimization for increased stability and efficiency
  • Analyze operational data and investigate production and environmental deviations
  • Contribute to daily and long-term production planning
  • Provide process technical support to production and the organization
  • Drive improvement and development initiatives within the operations
  • Work on process-related issues within environmental and occupational health and safety

Your Contribution

We are looking for someone who is analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to see connections and tackle complex issues in a structured way. As a person, you are driven and engaged in your work, taking responsibility for moving issues forward. You value collaboration and actively contribute to a good working climate where knowledge is shared and we develop together.

We expect you to have:

  • A university or college engineering degree with a technical focus, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English
  • Good IT skills
  • Class B driver's license

Experience from the process industry and work with process development or project management is an asset. Experience with analytical work involving data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement is also valuable for this role.
